About
Northwest Boulevard is nearing it’s 15th year. It was started in 1993, and is available in the reading room in the PUB on Eastern Washington University’s campus. Submissions are open to current EWU students and alumni.
Our purpose is to provide students with the opportunity to have creative works published and to work in the publishing/editing environment. The goal of Northwest Boulevard is to showcase the embodiment of the arts.
Meeting times for Northwest Boulevard are Mondays at 3pm in Patterson room 250 (the English Department door). Anyone interested in joining the club is urged to attend.
Our next poetry and prose reading night, “Blue Note,” will be held at the Empyrean Coffee House, 154 S. Madison, in downtown Spokane, on November 20th at 7pm. Come listen to students and guests read their writing.
