Every spring Northwest Boulevard publishes a journal filled with the creative writings of Eastern’s undergraduates and alumni: poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, art, and photography (though we’re not afraid to publish cross-genre or non-genre pieces (if that’s possible)).
Northwest Boulevard is nearing its 18th year. It was started in 1993.
Our office is located in the PUB, room 219.
Meetings are held in PUB 219. If you would like to help design the journal and edit submissions, please come; everyone is welcome to join the club. NWB also organizes free public readings called BlueNote. If you’ve some chops and would like to share them to a loving audience, contact us.

This year’s journal is going to be a good one. We accept submissions year round, so check out our guideline sheet, or e-mail us with questions, suggestions, anecdotes, prose, poetry, or jokes. Take care. And check back for updates as scheduling is subject to change.
